Do you love working in a bright, active, positive environment? Special Education Paraprofessional / PCA responsibilities include supporting IEPs, communicating progress with staff and families, and using reinforcement techniques to help students stay on track.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience working with K-12 children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute support in servicing the IEPs for each of the students in your care.
• Communicate with other staff and family members about each student's progress and struggles.
• Use individualized reinforcement techniques to keep each student on the path toward greatness.
• Support the classroom teacher in the areas of behavior reinforcement and academics.
• Create a safe, productive classroom environment.
