Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience working with K-12 children.

Responsibilities

• Execute support in servicing the IEPs for each student in your care.
• Communicate with staff and family about each student’s progress and challenges.
• Use individualized reinforcement techniques to keep each student on the path toward greatness.
• Support the classroom teacher in behavior reinforcement and academics.
• Create a safe, productive classroom environment.
