Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a full-time PCA to join our team and work in an amazing school. You will support students with IEP goals, assist with day-to-day classroom activities, and collaborate with teachers in a bright, positive setting.

The role emphasizes clear communication with families and staff, providing behavior reinforcement, academic support, and creating a safe, welcoming learning environment for all students.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with K-12 children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute support in servicing the IEPs for each student in your care.
• Communicate with staff and family about each student's progress and struggles.
• Use individualized reinforcement techniques to keep each student on track.
• Support the classroom teacher in behavior reinforcement and academics.
• Create a safe, productive classroom environment.
