As a Special Education Paraprofessional, you will support IEP services, collaborate with teachers and families, use reinforcement techniques, and help maintain a safe, productive classroom where every child can learn.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with K-12 children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute support in servicing the IEPs for each student.
• Communicate with staff and families about each student's progress and struggles.
• Use individualized reinforcement techniques to keep each student on the path toward greatness.
• Support the classroom teacher in the areas of behavior reinforcement and academics.
• Create a safe, productive classroom environment.
