Job summary

Austill’s Educational Therapy Services in southeastern Pennsylvania is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide school-based therapy to preschool through 12th grade students in the Lingelstown/Linglestown area starting December 2026. The OT will focus on improving fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional participation in the classroom through direct therapy and IEP work.

The role requires PA OT licensure, an accredited OT program, and experience in pediatric or school settings,

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license.
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students (PreK–12).
• Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success.
• Complete required documentation, including progress notes, IEP updates, and annual reviews.
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed.
• Travel between school locations during the school day (if applicable).
• Support student development in sensory integration and ADLs.
