Job summary

Austill’s Educational Therapy Services in southeastern Pennsylvania is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OTR) to provide school-based therapy for students from preschool through 12th grade in the Lancaster area. The role supports fine motor skills, sensory integration, and functional participation in the classroom through direct therapy and collaboration with school teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist License.
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexible scheduling aligned with school hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to PreK–12 students.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success.
• Complete required documentation, including progress notes and IEP updates/annual reviews.
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed.
• Support student development in sensory integration and ADLs; travel between school locations if applicable.
