Austill’s Educational Therapy Services in West Chester, PA, seeks an Occupational Therapist (OTR) to provide school-based therapy to PreK–12 students for the 2026-27 year. You will deliver direct services, support IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers and staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist License.
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to PreK–12 students.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success.
• Complete required documentation, including progress notes and IEP updates/annual reviews.
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed.
• Support student development in sensory integration and ADLs.
• Travel between school locations during the school day (if applicable).
