Candor is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to empower students in school settings. You will assess needs, develop evidence-based interventions, and work with the IEP team to promote meaningful participation and independence.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Occupational Therapist license issued by TABOT.
• CPR certification.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate needs and determine eligibility for specialized services.
• Communicate evaluation findings to parents, educators, and stakeholders with clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with IEP team to create evidence-based interventions promoting participation and skill development.
• Deliver direct therapy or supervise COTAs in implementing IEP goals.
• Maintain accurate progress records and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary discussions to support students.
