Point Quest Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver school-based therapy to students aged 3 and up in Bemidji, MN. You will design individualized treatment programs aligned with IEPs, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and document progress to celebrate milestones.

You will support COTAs, perform evaluations, and complete annual and triennial reviews, ensuring compliance. The role emphasizes clinical expertise with compassionate student-centric care.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state where services are delivered, or eligibility to obtain such licensure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance per state requirements.

Responsabilités

• Create and deliver individualized treatment programs for students based on IEPs or medical plans.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to set meaningful goals and accommodations.
• Oversee and support Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as needed.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of student needs, including initial and ongoing assessments.
• Complete annual and triennial reviews in a timely, compliant manner.
• Maintain thorough documentation and provide detailed reports on student progress.
