Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapist for the Litchfield, MN school year. You will deliver individualized OT services to K-12 students, develop treatment plans aligned with IEPs and medical goals, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to support student progress.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Occupational Therapist license in Minnesota or eligible to obtain one.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with solid documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver individualized therapy programs for K-12 students based on IEPs or medical plans.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to set goals and accommodations.
• Supervise and support Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as needed.
• Conduct comprehensive student evaluations and ongoing assessments.
• Complete annual and triennial reviews in a timely, compliant manner.
• Maintain thorough progress documentation and produce detailed reports to families and schools.
