Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapist to support K-12 students in Litchfield, MN. You will design and deliver individualized treatment plans aligned to each student’s IEP or medical goals, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to maximize educational outcomes.

Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, coordinating with teachers and families, guiding COTAs, and maintaining thorough documentation of progress.

Qualifications

• Current OT license in the state where services are delivered, or eligibility to obtain such licensure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance, as applicable by state.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver individualized treatment programs for students ages K-12 based on their IEPs or medical plans.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to establish meaningful goals and accommodations.
• Oversee and support Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as needed.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of student needs, including initial and ongoing assessments.
• Complete annual and triennial reviews in a timely, compliant manner.
• Maintain thorough documentation and provide detailed reports on student progress.
