Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time, school-based role in Columbus, IN. You will deliver individualized therapy to students 3 and up, aligned with IEPs or medical plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to set goals and accommodations.

You will oversee OT support staff, perform comprehensive evaluations, complete annual reviews, and maintain detailed progress reports, ensuring compliance and student success.

Qualifications

• Current occupational therapist license in the state where services are delivered, or eligibility to obtain such licensure.
• Masters Degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from accredited university.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance, as applicable by state.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver individualized treatment programs for students ages 3 and up based on their IEPs or medical plans.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to establish meaningful goals and accommodations.
• Oversee and support Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as needed.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of student needs, including initial and ongoing assessments.
• Complete annual and triennial reviews in a timely, compliant manner.
• Maintain thorough documentation and provide detailed reports on student progress.
