Point Quest Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide school-based services for K-12 students in Dearborn Heights, MI for the 2026-2027 school year. The role involves assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy to help students access their education.

You'll collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams, conduct IEP-aligned therapy, and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifikationen

• OT license is required.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Aufgaben

• Conduct formalized assessments to determine eligibility and functioning.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide direct occupational therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain IEPs; participate in reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of skills.
• Maintain therapy notes, assessment data, and progress records.
• Supervise and support COTAs, including documentation of supervision hours.
