Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide school-based OT services for K-12 students in Ann Arbor, MI for the 2026-2027 school year. You will assess, plan, and deliver OT interventions aligned with IEP goals in collaboration with teachers and families.

The role offers mentorship, CEU/license reimbursement, tuition assistance, and full-year benefits, with 401(k) matching and paid time off. MI license and background clearance are required for consideration.

Qualifications

• OT License is required.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formal assessments to determine eligibility and functioning.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide direct Occupational Therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation.
• Supervise and support COTAs, including monitoring supervision hours (if applicable).
