Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a full-time, school-based position in Ann Arbor, MI for the 2026-2027 school year. The role provides OT services to K-12 students, including assessments, treatment plan development, and direct therapy to help students access their education.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Occupational Therapy license.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance required.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide direct Occupational Therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation.
• Supervise and support COTAs, including monitoring supervision hours (if applicable).
