HealthPRO Pediatrics, a division of HealthPro Heritage, seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our school-based team in Arlington Heights, IL. This full-time position supports students’ academic and functional success.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, developing personalized treatment plans, documenting progress, and advocating for clients’ needs. Requires OT degree, valid state licensure (or eligibility), and excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, or license eligible.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills; excellent communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities.
• Create personalized treatment plans to meet goals and improve daily activities.
• Maintain documentation of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans.
• Advocate for clients' needs and coordinate with families, schools, and community resources.
