Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist for the 2026–2027 school year in Seattle, WA. This is a full-time 0.8 FTE on-site role, covering 10/31/26 through 5/1/27, with responsibilities across evaluations, treatment planning, and collaboration with school teams.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in OT, active state license, and NBCOT certification, plus experience in educational settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state license to practice OT in the state of service.
• NBCOT certification is required/preferred as stated.
• Experience with school-aged children or educational settings preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt interventions to dynamic school environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of students' fine motor, sensory, visual-motor, and daily living skills.
• Develop and implement individualized OT treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide direct OT services to students individually or in small groups.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams for accommodations.
• Participate in IEP meetings and document student progress.
• Educate staff and families on strategies for generalization of therapy.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and sessions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices.
