Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) seeks a School-Based Occupational Therapist for the 2026–2027 year in Seattle, WA. This part-time (0.6 FTE, 24 hours/week) on-site position covers 8/27/26–1/2/27 with varied assignments based on district needs.

You will evaluate, plan, and deliver OT services within IEP goals and collaborate with educators and families. Requirements include a Master’s in OT, a current state license, and NBCOT certification.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
• NBCOT certification is required.
• Experience working with school-aged children or in educational settings preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt interventions to students' needs in dynamic schools.
• Enjoys a student-centered service approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of students' fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, and daily living skills.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students individually or in groups.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams for accommodations.
• Participate in IEP meetings and document progress.
• Educate staff and families on strategies for generalization of interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations and sessions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development in school-based OT.

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is looking for dedicated and motivated Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. What You’ll Be Doing*:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students' fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, and daily living skill needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support students' ability to access and succeed in their educational environments.
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students individually or in small groups, aligned with their IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support classroom modifications, accommodations, and interventions.
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to goal development and documentation of student progress.
• Educate and support staff and families on strategies for generalization and carryover of therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, progress reports, treatment sessions, and communications.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices, tools, and techniques in school-based OT.

• National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification.
