Job summary

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) seeks a School-Based Occupational Therapist for the 2026–2027 school year in Portland, Oregon. This part-time 0.6 FTE (~25 hours/week) role is on-site at Sabor & Astor and supports students in a school setting.

You will evaluate students, create IEP-aligned treatment plans, provide direct OT services, and collaborate with teachers and families. A OT Master’s, state license, NBCOT, and school experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current state OT license required.
• NBCOT certification required.
• Experience with school-aged children preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of students' fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills.
• Develop and implement individualized OT treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide direct OT services to students individually or in small groups.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams for classroom modifications and interventions.
• Participate in IEP meetings and document student progress.
• Educate and support staff and families on strategies for generalization of interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and sessions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development in school-based OT.
