Job summary

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist for leave coverage in Portland, OR, for the 2026–2027 school year. The role is full-time and on-site, with opportunities across multiple districts and flexible options.

Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, creating IEP-aligned treatment plans, delivering direct OT services, and collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student access and learning.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in OT from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice OT.
• NBCOT certification holder.
• Experience with school-aged children or educational settings preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt interventions for individual student needs.
• Student-centered approach to therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify student needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct OT services to students, individually or in small groups.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and teams for classroom modifications.
• Participate in IEP meetings and document progress.
• Educate staff and families on therapeutic strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations and sessions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.
