Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking three Occupational Therapists for school-based services in the Wilmington, DE area. These full-time positions support the 2026/27 school year and operate as 1099 independent contractor roles, offering flexibility and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Valid state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Child Abuse, Federal, and State Clearances.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide specialized therapy techniques through individual and/or group sessions aligned with IEP goals.
• Screen, evaluate, and document on student levels, strengths, needs, and progress using approved instruments.
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings to develop or revise therapy interventions.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to plan and implement classroom-based activities to ensure skill carry-over.
• Provide consultative services to involve parents in the therapy program.
• Compile, maintain, and file reports and records as required by law and policy.
• Meet the needs of all students by partnering with other disciplines.
• Comply with policies and stay up-to-date on school-based therapy practices.
• Maintain knowledge of research and practices in school-based therapy.
