This full-time contract opportunity offers the chance to support diverse learners across elementary, middle, and high school settings in the Wilmington area. With multiple positions available, you'll collaborate directly within school communities, helping students achieve their best in both academic and developmental milestones.

Role Highlights:

• Deliver occupational therapy services onsite at assigned schools, including Lancashire and Maple Lane Elementary (split coverage), Mount Pleasant Elementary, and both middle and high school campuses (split coverage)
• Develop and implement individualized plans to enhance student engagement and participation in the learning environment
• Conduct thorough assessments, track progress, and adjust interventions as needed
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other professionals to support student growth
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Commit to a Monday through Friday schedule, working 37.5 hours per week, aligned with the academic calendar

What You Bring:

• Active Delaware Occupational Therapist license required
• Proven experience providing occupational therapy in school settings preferred
• Ability to work effectively with students across various age groups and developmental stages
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for positive collaboration
• Attention to detail for documentation and assessment
• Willingness to complete required CBC fingerprinting, with associated fee
