Job summary

PRO Companies seeks a School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide OT services in a Pittston, PA school. Part-time role, 3 days per week during normal school hours, with a K-21 caseload.

You will implement therapy per IEP, conduct assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support student goals and documentation. The position emphasizes flexible scheduling, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth within a smaller, locally owned organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Active Pennsylvania OT license required
• At least 1 year of experience with children in an educational setting
• Proficiency with computers and school documentation standards
• Current clearances within 6 months

Responsibilities

• Implement therapy per student IEP
• Administer occupational therapy assessments to determine functioning
• Analyze assessment data to guide instructional planning
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of services
• Support student goals with staff and parents
• Complete and maintain required documentation
• Perform other duties as assigned
