PRO Companies is seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) in Hanover Township, PA. This part-time role (3 days/week) supports students in grades K-21, aligned with IEP goals and school district requirements.

The OT will implement therapy services, perform assessments, analyze data, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless, comprehensive supports for students. Current PA license, 1 year of pediatric educational experience, and valid clearances are required.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy License.
• Minimum 1 year of experience treating children/adolescents in educational settings.
• Proficient with computers and school-district documentation.
• Ability to complete documentation to school district standards.
• Current clearances within 6 months.

Aufgaben

• Implement therapy per student IEP and age-appropriate goals.
• Administer occupational therapy assessments.
• Analyze assessment data to guide instructional planning.
• Collaborate with special education staff, teachers and other providers.
• Participate in school MDT and IEP team meetings; communicate with families.
• Maintain required documentation and records.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
