RXinsider LTD. is seeking a School-Based Contract Occupational Therapist to support students’ academic achievement, independence, and participation in the school setting near Charleston, SC.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active OT license in the state of practice or eligibility to obtain.
• NBCOT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals.
• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students with various disabilities.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, parents, and related service providers.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state, district, and federal regulations.
• Recommend adaptive equipment, classroom modifications, and sensory strategies to maximize student success.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
