Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide onsite OT services across multiple school sites near Lancaster, SC and Kershaw, SC for the 2026-2027 academic year. Active SC OT license required; school-based experience preferred; you will assess, plan and collaborate with educators and families to support student participation and IEP goals.

Qualifications

• Active South Carolina OT license is required.
• Experience in school-based settings is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work onsite across multiple campuses.
• Strong communication, teamwork and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with IEP documentation and therapy goal planning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive OT assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with educators, staff and families to coordinate therapy services.
• Provide direct therapy to students with diverse needs to improve participation in school activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with district protocols.
• Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and IEPs.
