Job summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated School-Based Contract Occupational Therapist to deliver therapy services that support students' academic achievement and participation in the school setting. The OT role is based near Charleston, SC.

You will conduct evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with educators and parents to meet IEP goals. This flexible, contract opportunity offers growth, reimbursement for licensure, and supportive clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain).
• NBCOT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals.
• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students with a variety of disabilities and developmental needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, parents, and related service providers.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state, district, and federal regulations.
• Recommend adaptive equipment, classroom modifications, and sensory strategies to maximize student success.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
