Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to support students in two Michigan districts, Bangor and Hartford, from K through 12. The role runs for the school year with standard hours 8:00am–3:15pm and a flexible schedule across sites.

You'll assess, develop IEPs, collaborate with teams, and document progress, while potentially supervising a COTA. Comprehensive benefits accompany a competitive weekly pay structure.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with school-based experience.
• Comfortable with K-5 and some middle school needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to create engaging, individualized sessions.
• Open to supervising a COTA.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct assessment and therapy for students with diverse needs across grade levels.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families.
• Manage documentation, progress notes, and periodic evaluations.
• Adapt services to meet varied student requirements.
