Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking licensed occupational therapists for three contract opportunities serving elementary and middle school students near Kent, WA. Roles offer flexible assignment durations and a ~36-student caseload in a collaborative educational setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Washington state (required).

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored occupational therapy services to students, focusing on elementary-aged children with one middle school assignment
• Assess students’ needs and develop individualized plans to support academic, social, and functional goals
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to optimize student outcomes
• Document all treatment, progress, and collaboration per school and regulatory guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student growth and skill development
