Job summary

Merakey in Philadelphia invites an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our school program at 3240 North Hancock. You will evaluate students, develop IEP-driven treatment plans, and deliver direct OT services to grades K-12+ to support academic success.

Ideal candidates hold a OT degree, current NBCOT certification, and a valid state license. Autism experience is preferred; strong collaboration with teachers and families is essential. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• NBCOT certification and a valid state OT license.
• Experience with children with autism is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations for students.
• Develop and document individualized treatment plans and participate in IEP processes.
• Provide direct OT services to students in grades K-12+.
• Evaluate sensory-motor, psychosocial, and cognitive-perceptual skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and licensure compliance.
