Focused Staffing in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a School Occupational Therapist to support students in grades 9–12 via a push-in OT model. You will help develop programs addressing social skills, behavior management, self-help and prevocational goals, while collaborating with teachers, parents and administrators to enhance IEP outcomes.

Requirements include a Master’s in OT, OTR certification, PA license, CPR/AED and First Aid, and school-based OT experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• OTR certification required.
• Current Pennsylvania license required.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification required.
• Experience in school-based OT preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to students in grades 9–12.
• Develop and implement intervention strategies to support educational goals.
• Evaluate students and contribute to IEP planning and progress notes.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and staff to support student success.
• Maintain accurate student records and progress monitoring.
