Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) seeks a full-time school-based Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to support students in the Katy, TX area for the 2026–2027 school year. You will align services with IEP goals and collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no evenings, generous benefits, licensure reimbursement, and ongoing mentorship to help students develop fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills in the classroom.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Texas OT license (or ability to obtain).
• NBCOT certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services aligned with student IEP goals.
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Support students with fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement classroom strategies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain documentation.
