Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a full-time school-based Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to support students in a K-12 setting. You will deliver individualized OT services, complete evaluations, write progress notes, and help integrate goals into daily routines.

This role offers a predictable school-day schedule, holiday breaks, and collaborative work with teachers, SLPs, PTs, and administrators to promote student participation and success.

Qualifications

• Master's or higher degree in Occupational Therapy (OTR/L).
• Current state OT license (or eligibility; employer assists).
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, individualized OT services to students in a school setting.
• Conduct evaluations and write progress notes and IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, SLPs, PTs, and administrators to integrate OT strategies into routines.
• Support student participation and functional skills across the school day.
