Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a dedicated Full-Time School-Based Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to support students in a K-12 setting. You’ll deliver individualized OT services aligned with IEP goals and collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams for student success.

This role offers a predictable school-year schedule, summers off, and a supportive team with opportunities for professional growth and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (OTR/L) from an accredited program.
• Current state OT license or eligibility; PDS will assist if needed.
• Experience in pediatric/school settings preferred, new grads welcome.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to students in a school setting.
• Conduct evaluations, write reports, set IEP goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, therapists and families to integrate OT into daily routines.
• Consult with classroom staff to adapt environments, curriculum and tasks to promote participation.
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring and support school culture.
