Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a dedicated Full-Time School-Based Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to support students in the classroom and related services.

You will evaluate students, set IEP goals, write reports, and collaborate with teachers, families, and district teams to remove participation barriers and promote learning across school activities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (OTR/L) from an accredited program.
• Current state OT license or eligibility; PDS will assist if needed.
• Experience in pediatric/school settings preferred; new grads welcome.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and collaborative skills.
• Commitment to student-centered practice, teamwork and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evaluations, write reports, monitor progress and establish IEP goals/short-term objectives.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, therapists, families and school teams to integrate OT strategies into routines.
• Consult with classroom staff to support adaptations/modifications of environment, curriculum and tasks.
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and support positive school culture and student success.
