Job summary

Soliant is seeking a School-based Occupational Therapist for a contract opportunity serving the Northern Borough area in Virginia. You will support seven schools across elementary through high school settings.

You will supervise two COTAs and collaborate with educators, participate in IEP meetings, and develop individualized treatment plans to promote student independence and academic success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Virginia OT license.
• School-based experience with students across grade levels.
• Strong collaboration and ability to mentor COTAs.
• Excellent communication for IEP meetings and multi-disciplinary coordination.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students from elementary to high school.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and document outcomes.
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to student plans.
• Supervise and collaborate with two COTAs to ensure effective service delivery across seven schools.
• Communicate regularly with teachers, families, and other professionals to maximize student success.
