Job summary

Soliant is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support local schools near New Braunfels, TX. This full-time, contract position begins in late Fall to provide essential maternity-leave coverage, delivering direct therapy and contributing to student growth.

You will collaborate with teachers, allied staff, and families to implement IEP goals, document progress in compliance with district and state guidelines, and adapt therapy approaches to diverse student needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an OT.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt OT interventions to diverse student needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans.
• Deliver direct therapy services to students.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff and families to integrate OT into IEPs.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.
• Support students in achieving academic and functional goals through evidence-based approaches.
