Job summary

Qualifications

• Current OT license in Ohio.
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with students, staff, and families.
• Ability to plan and implement individual and group therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students referred for occupational therapy and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services to students as specified by their IEPs or 504 plans.
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ functional and academic success.
• Document progress, maintain records, and participate in meetings and parent conferences as needed.
• Assist with adapting classroom environments and activities to foster student participation.
• Stay current with best practices in pediatric and school-based occupational therapy.
