• Valid state Occupational Therapy licensure required.
• Wisconsin: OT License issued by the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services and the Wisconsin Department of Instruction.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services per IEPs and 504 plans.
• Conduct assessments of fine motor, visual-motor, sensory processing, motor coordination, and functional skills.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver student-centered services.
• Maintain therapy documentation and caseload in compliance with state, federal, and organizational requirements.
