Job summary

Genesee Lake School seeks a Part-Time Occupational Therapist to join our therapeutic day school and residential treatment team in Oconomowoc, WI. The role focuses on improving students’ self-care, academics, leisure, and play through structured OT interventions.

You will collaborate with educators, conduct evaluations, and contribute to IEP goals while maintaining compliant documentation and billing. Limited to school hours with ESY potential.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Wisconsin licensure or eligibility as a Licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Eligible for NBCOT Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct OT services aligned with students’ IEPs.
• Help develop and implement therapy goals focusing on self-care, academics, leisure, and play.
• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations for re-evaluation and service determination.
• Promote motor planning, sensory regulation, fine motor skills, and adaptive functioning.
• Document services and progress; maintain timely notes and IEP-related documentation.
