Health, Inc. seeks a School Based Occupational Therapist to support students aged 3-21 with physical, social-emotional, and developmental needs. You will implement IEP-aligned treatment plans, assess progress, and prepare reports for reviews and compliance.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, attend school meetings, and conduct screenings and evaluations to determine intervention needs in ADL, motor skills, positioning, adaptive equipment, executive function, and self-regulation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Initial certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid, unencumbered state licensure and current CPR certification.
• Preferred: Pediatric clinical experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and professional skills.
• Commitment to treating students with dignity, compassion, and respect.

Responsabilités

• Implement measurable, functional treatment plans based on IEPs.
• Consult with multidisciplinary team members for cohesive care.
• Assess student progress through formal and informal methods.
• Write reports and set goals for annual student reviews.
• Participate in school meetings including IEP, triennials, and evaluations.
• Conduct screenings and evaluations to determine therapy needs.
