Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a local contract School Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Odessa, Delaware. The role offers an hourly rate of $45.55–$49.10 and a $3,000 assignment bonus, based on a 37.5-hour workweek and 8-hour days.

You’ll evaluate students, implement therapy plans, and collaborate with teachers and families to support student success. Licensed OT with Delaware licensure (or eligibility) is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with a Delaware license or eligibility to obtain one
• Passion for working with kids and a creative, flexible approach
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT services based on each student’s IEP
• Develop, implement, and track therapy plans that actually work
• Evaluate students, collect data, and monitor progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to help students thrive
• Work across multiple grade levels (some travel between schools may be required)
• Potentially supervise OT assistants
