Seabright School and Therapy Staffing is partnering with a distinguished school district to hire a contract School Certified Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 year in Wilmington, Delaware. The role is on-site, full-time, 35 hours per week, with local contract pay between $49.43 and $56.57 per hour.

Qualifications include 1 year of verifiable School OT experience and an active credential/license (or in process) with authorization to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as School Certified Occupational Therapist within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum).
• Valid School Certified Occupational Therapist credential/license or in process in state of practice
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be asked for proof upon hire. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
