Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) is seeking a School-Based Mental Health Therapist to join CSBBH program serving elementary and middle school students. You will provide individual and family therapy within school settings, coordinate with teachers and families, and develop treatment plans.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, collaboration with school staff, documentation in EMR, and adherence to program standards.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree and licensure eligibility in Pennsylvania.
• Experience with children, adolescents, or families preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy services to elementary-age students.
• Conduct family therapy sessions and parent meetings as clinically appropriate.
• Monitor treatment progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Utilize trauma-informed and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Collaborate with teachers, school counselors, administrators, and support staff.
• Communicate treatment progress with families and referral sources.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings.
• Coordinate services with community providers and outside agencies.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to Behavioral Health Technicians.
