Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical or related field.
• Experience or willingness to obtain required background clearances.
• Ability to pass Pennsylvania background clearances (Act 34, Act 151, Act 114).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data entry systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct mental health and behavioral support in a therapeutic classroom setting.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, clinicians, and supervisors to implement treatment plans.
• Help maintain emotional and behavioral stability for students.
• Observe and report student progress and safety concerns to the treatment team.
• Assist with documentation for Treatment Team Reviews and progress notes.
