Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related human services field; or alternative combinations as specified in the job posting.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Knowledge of mental health interventions and community resources.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mental health services to students on school premises.
• Support treatment goals using evidence-based strategies and a strengths-based approach.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with agency and state guidelines.
• Collaborate with school personnel, families, and other stakeholders.
• Provide crisis response and follow-up support as needed.
