Job summary

The role involves developing and coordinating individualized service plans to support students' recovery and resilience. Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in providing CPST and/or Prevention services preferred.
• Experience working with students in a school setting (Pre-K through 12th) is highly preferred.
• Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, good driving record, and personal vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health and/or Alcohol/Drug interventions.
• Develop and coordinate individualized Service Plans focusing on recovery.
• Coordinate with schools and community organizations.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed.
