Qualifications

• Must have a valid Ohio Driver’s License and working automobile.
• Proof of liability Auto Insurance with a minimum of $100,000/$300,000 coverage.

Responsibilities

• Coordination and implementation of service recipient’s ISP.
• Support in crisis situations.
• Assess individual’s needs for services and linkages.
• Provide individualized restorative interventions.
