Qualifications

• Masters degree required in guidance, counseling, or social sciences or related field.
• Must be licensed or willing to become licensed as LMSW/LMFT/LPC within first year in SC.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based mental health services in school settings.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for students and families.
• Document care using collaborative documentation.
• Measure patient functioning using the DLA-20.
• Participate in clinical supervision, treatment team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
• Demonstrate cultural competence and understanding of individual and group differences.
• Maintain necessary EBP certifications and ensure timely prior authorizations.
• Deliver services in designated schools and may relocate to community or clinic settings during breaks.
