The National Center for Urban Solutions (NCUS) is seeking a Mental Health Clinician to deliver school-based mental health services within APDS and AUS partnerships. You will conduct assessments, provide individual and group therapy, and collaborate with schools and families to support students' emotional well-being and academic success.

Responsibilities include crisis intervention, treatment planning, and coordination with community partners to promote recovery and stability.

Qualifications

• Master of Social Work (MSW) or CACREP-accredited clinical mental health counseling degree.
• Valid Ohio license through the CSWMFT Board.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct social-emotional and behavioral health services to students via individual and group interventions.
• Conduct assessments to identify student needs and develop intervention plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, families to create supportive learning environments.
• Participate in crisis intervention, case management, and referrals to internal and community resources.
• Support attendance, retention, and academic success through advocacy and coordination.
• Develop and implement IEPs/504 Plans where appropriate.
• Maintain confidential student records per district, state, and federal requirements.
• Provide consultation and training on SEL, trauma-informed care, and interventions.
• All other duties as requested.
